You will Need:

  • 1 Packet of Garlic Asiago Dip Mix
  • 1 C Chopped Onion
  • 1 (28-32oz) package frozen hashbrown potatoes
  • 2 Cups shredded Italian cheese blend. (reserve 1 cup)
  • 1 C Sour Cream
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 Teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 Can Condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 c milk or water

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients (except 1 c pf cheese) in a large mixing bowl. Spoon Mixture into a well greased 13x9 baking dish. Sprinkle reserve cheese on top. Cover with foil and bake for 30 mins.  Remove foil and continue baking for an additional 30 mins or until bubbly around the edges and cheese is melted. Serves 6
