We are committed to providing a safe experience for our team members, for our customers, and for our communities. We’re taking thepandemic very seriously, and we are doing everything that we can to minimize the risks to individual and public health. These are challenging timnes for us all, and we know that we will all PREVAIL through this!

 


 

During these challenging and evolving times, some shipments may experience delays that are beyond our control. Given the extraordinary impact of COVID-19, we are currently unable to guarantee our delivery dates. We are working hard to ensure timely shipments or orders; however, with the impact of the pandemic some supplies and stock have been extremely delayed. The demand for some supplies such as fragrance, tshirts (graphic tees), and other essentially needed items to make products have become harder to get nationwide. Although we are doing our best to make sure items are in stock; some may quickly go out of stock due to demand. This does not mean it will be permanently unavailable, this just means there may be a delay in certain scents, colors, or sizes of items we offer.

Currently our Bella Canvas tshirts are taking longer to be replaced for out of stock items given industry wide shortages across all suppliers. We will automatically process and send this order into production once the product is available. 

Some items have been removed from our website due to supply shortages.

We understand you want your order fast and, in most cases,, orders can be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. There are some orders that have been taking longer to get out and we do apologize due the delays. We have limited our staff during this time and working and less than normal pace to adhere to government mandates as well as keeping everyone safe.

Unfortunelty now, we all must live differently, which includes us at Prevail. Please bare with us all during this pandemic and we hope life for us all, will go back to normal soon!
