Do you have a printed Catalog?
Due to the amount of products we carry and the constant changing of items; we do not offer a printed catalog.
Some affiliates have created their own printed versions; you may check with your Affiliate Representative to see if he/he has one available for you.
I saw an item on the website before and now its gone?
Our inventory is always revolving! If an item you see has gone out of stock, we cannot guarantee it will come back.Please keep checking back to our website to see if an item has restocked. For tops and apparel, we may not always carry the same stye or design in both regular and plus sizing. Some items may only be available in one or the other. Apparel & Jewelry will change constant so keep checking back with us to see whats new and exciting!

We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover, GooglePay, ApplePay. We also offer Sezzle; Shop Now Pay Later no Interest program for US Residents.
How does Sezzle Work?
Sezzle is an online payment platform that allows you to pay for your order through 4 small installment payments, spread over 6 weeks, rather than paying the full amount at once. Sezzle is 100% secure and does not charge you interest on your payments.

HOW CAN I APPLY?
- To set up your account, simply select Sezzle at checkout and fill out the required information. It only takes a few seconds and (subject to approval) once you have created your Sezzle shopping account, you never have to apply again and can continue to use it as much as you like.

I received a notice after I ordered an Item was out of stock?
In the event an item has become out of stock or unavailable after you have ordered, we will issue a store credit code voucher for the amount of the item. This can happen on occasion due to inventory issues or restocking issues. We do our best to not have this happen, however with our ever-changing inventory some items may become unavailable.
My Credit Card was declined? I have a charge from you?
Please make sure your credit card billing address matches exact to the address you are putting on your order. If a card gets declined, it is more then likely due to the AVS match.
If your card was declined, and you see a "charge" to your statement, this is only an authorization. No charge is actually made. This authorization will fall off, usually within 2-5 days depending on your credit card issuing bank process times. If a card is declined for any reason, your order will not be processed.
I do not understand my Order Status. What is Unfulfilled?
When you place an order on our website, it ill go into processing withing 24 hours. Weekend orders will go into processing the following business day (Usually Monday)
If your order status is shown as unfulfilled this simply means your order has not yet been dispatched but the payment has been successful. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email to confirm your order has been fulfilled and another email providing you with a tracking number.
Status 'fulfilled' simply means your order has been packed by our warehouse team and it's currently on the way to you. You will receive a shipping confirmation shortly after detailing your tracking information.
Can I make a change to an order once I ordered?
Once an order has been placed, we are not able to add or remove items. Orders that need to be cancelled can be done so within the first 24 hours of your order.
After 24 hours, a cancellation fee of 5.00 will be charged.
Personalized, Custom, face masks or graphic shirts orders cannot be cancelled for any reason.
