We ship to the US and Canada only.
Order Processing Times:
We strive to ship your order as soon as possible. Processing times are 3-10 business days. The later processing times being for custom items, graphic printed items, or items that stock from another warehouse.
Some items may take the max amount of processing time. This is due to either being a custom style item (Graphic Tshirts), or being an item that is made fresh which includes soy candles. If a soap or bath bomb does not pass our freshness guarantee, we reserve the right to remake it before sending.
We do try and get your order out as fast as possible. In the case of a larger delay it can either be to the above, or a restock delay.
Order Delays can occur. Although we do everything to ensure timely delivery of your order; delays such as holidays, backorders, out of stock items, incorrect shipping addresses, or payment issues may occur.
NOTE: When selecting shipping, priority mail does not mean expedited shipping. We do not expedite shipping; sorry! The United States Postal service mail shipments over 1 pound are all called priority mail. The 2-3 day estimates on shipping means delivery time (in transit) once USPS has the package, this is not our processing time. That is set forth by the USPS, our processing times are on top of transit times.
Our Shipping Carrier:
We ship via the United States Postal Service for both US and Canada shipments. We are working on adding more shipper options.
Some items may ship from another location. Your packing slip will be marked if some items are shipping separate.
- First class shipping transit times are 3-7 days once in the hands of the US Postal service
- Priority Mail shipping transit times depend on your distance from us. this could be in transit times of 1-5 days once at the US Postal service.
- Parcel Ground transit times can take 3-7 days once it is in the hands of the US Postal service
- Fedex and UPS shipment transit times can be 2-5 days once at their HUB locations.
Transit times are separate from our processing times. Please be sure to add transit times to processing times
We do not offer expedited or overnight shipping.
Our prices are based directly from the Postal Service. Shipping fees are based and calculated off of the weight of your order and where you are located in the US or Canada. In the shipping tab of checkout, it will show you the cost of shipping for your order.
We are NOT responsible for any duty fees, out of US Tax fees, or any customs fees for out of USA orders.
We are also not responsible for out of US Customs holds on packages.
Lost / Damaged / Refused Shipments:
Once packages leave our facility, they are in the hands of the US Postal Service. Any issues after we have shipped your order, is the sole responsibility of USPS.
Lost packages must be claimed through USPS.
Refused shipments/ return to sender or Undeliverable shipments will not be granted a refund. Any returned packages, the customer is responsible for shipping costs to reship the items back out to you. No Exceptions.
A 40% fee will be charges to all refused or returned to sender shipments.
Always check your order upon receiving. Notify us within 24 hours of any defects or issues.
Orders can be returned or exchanged within 10 days of receiving your order only. After 10 days, returns or exchanges are not granted.
All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Item(s) being returned or exchange must be in original packaging and if labelled, the label must be on the item for return. Item(s) returned to us without original packaging or tags will not be granted any refund or exchange. We reserve the right to offer voucher (store credit) only at any time for returned items and also reserve the right to decline returns or exchanges out of our return policies. Customer pays for return shipping on returns. Endless Xpressions will pay for shipping to you if an exchange is being made
NON-RETURNABLE/EXCHANGABLE items include:
personalized or custom items or custom made, sign up kits soaps, perishable items, cosmetics, clearance / closeout items, worn items (Tried on is ok), used items, opened items,grab bag items, or gift voucher purchases.
Any item received back to us with odor such as cigarette smoke, animal hair, or in unsellable condition will not be granted a return
Sign up / Starter Kits are non-refundable.
Damaged / Defective items:
Damaged or defective item(s) claims must be sent in by sending an email with a picture of the damaged or defective item(s) to firstname.lastname@example.org All claims must have a picture attached for us to assess the item.
Damaged items will be issued an exchange or store credit only. Damages must be notified to us within 3 days of receiving the items to qualify for an exchange for the item.
We are not responsible for incorrect ordering, ordering the wrong color, size or pattern, misspelling of any custom lettering, design choice selections by the customer. We do not warranty wear and tear of any item. Furthermore, we do not honor, warranty or responsible for any product after opening from misuse, intentional damage, washing or breaking.
To Send back a return / exchange item:
Please include your name, and order number within your return package. Failure to include the original order number and name will result in denial of exchange.
